The mission of Temple Sinai of Glendale’s Adult Education Committee is to support life long learning that engages the heart and mind.

We offer a diverse range or programming that encompasses Jewish culture, history, philosophy, religious thought and practice, and language. Current classes and programs include:

–“Living Judaism” Series
–Temple Sinai Book Club
–Beginning Hebrew
–Jewish Meditation
–Minyan & Torah Study Group

In recent years, we have sponsored speakers on Jews in Hollywood, Yiddish today and yesterday, the challenges of the modern Islamic world, social trends among Jewish Youth, and more. Every November, we partner with the Jewish Federation of the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys to host an author event as part of the Annual Jewish Federation Book Festival.
