Temple Dues and religious education tuition provides necessary income for Temple Sinai, we understand that there may be circumstances whereby Dues and/or Tuition Adjustment is warranted. Please download and complete the following information in order to determine eligibility for an adjustment. Your completed form will be presented to the Dues Adjustment Committee for consideration.
